One milestone is lit at a time. Under it, the pieces with an owner and a state. The chart shows what actually landed (solid) against the 26 September plan (dotted). Nothing here is a promise of a date; the chain runs sprint to sprint and a piece turns green when its check passes on disk.
M3 is done: the frozen pages print real numbers from our own tapes and public RPC, with a source and a clock on every figure. M4 is the live feed and it is the current milestone. The gap between the two is not the pages and not the numbers. It is the machinery that rewrites the numbers every tick without a person launching a build.

Before 26 September every version pulled provider numbers straight to the screen. It was fast because nothing was checked. The 25 September audit measured what that cost: a third of price rows were exact stale repeats, 60,107 rows had no traceable origin, and bad prints clustered exactly where the engine acted (14 of 131 crossings sat on a phantom print). You ruled on 26 September that all of that was experimentation and this is the build.
The build rule is one sentence: a figure prints only when we can say where it came from, when we read it, and when we held it; otherwise the page says not read, in the missing-data grammar, never a zero. That sentence is the contract (v3 to v3.11), and it is why one market cap took four builds. A cap is a supply read at a moment over public RPC, times a price read from our own tape, times a USD conversion held with its own clock, and the three clocks have to agree within an hour. Each of those was one build, each proved by a verify harness of 800 to 1,065 checks, each shipping the other pages byte-equal so a defect cannot hide.
That discipline caught two real reader defects on 28 September (a product rounded at 28 digits, and both readers crashing on a price with no supply) before any figure shipped. It also means every later token, every later metric, rides the same rails: the next cap is a config line, not a build.
Speed itself is fine. Fourteen builds and eleven contract revisions landed between 27 September 23:37 and 29 September 03:46, median 15 minutes per worker. What is long is the list of things to prove, and it is finite. This page is that list.
