Caverio trader companion, overnight programme 2026-09-26, T1

T1: Sources and rights inventory, all three layers

Worker T1, 2026-09-26 00:37 to ~01:30 Beirut. Read first: 00-MANDATE.md, RULES.md, signal-room/PROVIDERS.md (09-16), caverio/DATA-AUDIT-2026-09-25.md, the 09-25 wiki synthesis on what Caverio can see, business-plan-2026-09-25/critics/ops-legal-build.md, provider-hunt-20260916/PROVIDERS-DECISION-2026-09-16.md. Web research ran as five parallel sub-workers (Layer 1 macro, terminals + DEX pool data, Layer 2 market data, social, labels + safety). Their raw notes, with every URL and quote, are in data/t1-research/A..E-*.md (2,667 lines). This file is the synthesis. All terms pages were fetched 2026-09-26 unless marked otherwise.

Evidence grades. A = primary page fetched 2026-09-26 and quoted, B = credible secondary or search snippet of the primary, C = unverified or my inference. WebFetch returns a lightly summarised page, so an "A" quote is faithful to one fetch, not a certified transcript. Anything that becomes contractually load-bearing gets re-read by a human before we rely on it.

Rights shorthand. RAW = may show the provider's numbers as-is. DERIVED = may show only numbers we computed (bands, ranks, ratios, "40% below 1 h high"). NO = may not show at all without a separate deal. UNCLEAR = the terms say nothing, or the clause can be read two ways.

0. What changes the plan (read this if nothing else)

  1. Our displayed price today comes from the most constrained source we use. Since 09-23, every price row that carries provenance comes from DexScreener (audit finding 2). DexScreener's API terms forbid making "the API Services, or any portion thereof, available for third parties" and building a product "whose primary purpose is to compete directly with DEX Screener's product" (A). A trader companion that shows price, volume, liquidity and mcap is close to that line. Displayed price and volume should come from our own chain tape. The tape exists on BSC, is back on Solana since 09-25 and runs on Robinhood Chain. Licensed providers are then only a cross-check.
  2. The clean commercial licences are cheap. CoinGecko ($35, "Powered by CoinGecko", cache refreshed at least every 24 h), DexPaprika Dev ($30, "Powered by DexPaprika"), GoPlus (free tier, "Powered by GoPlus"), Solana Tracker (explicit "you may display derived data (charts, analytics, aggregations)") and Fomo API ("within your own applications"). Each one says in writing that a paid product may display the data (A).
  3. Most of Layer 1 is either licence-blocked or not worth licensing, because it can be rebuilt on-chain. - DefiLlama's terms bar commercial use and republication "without prior written consent", and the $300 API page does not override that (A). - Glassnode requires "prior authorization" to display in public, even on the commercial tier (A). - Token Terminal's general terms ban any commercial purpose (A). - CryptoQuant is reportedly CC BY-NC (B). - Stablecoin supply per chain, exchange-wallet stablecoin balances and terminal volumes can all be read on-chain. We would own the result outright.
  4. Terminal volume is measurable on-chain, and the address lists are public. DefiLlama's open adapter repo (github.com/DefiLlama/dimension-adapters, updated 2026-09-25, no licence declared) contains: - Axiom's 21 Solana fee wallets, 4 BSC trade contracts and 9 Robinhood Chain trade contracts - Photon's fee wallet AVUCZyuT35YSuj4RH7fwiyPu82Djn2Hfg7y2ND2XcnZH - GMGN's collectors and BullX's wallets

Copies are in data/t1-research/defillama-adapters/ (A). The method: find transactions where the fee wallet gains balance, then sum the swap USD in those transactions. We re-implement that on our own tape. We do not use DefiLlama's or Dune's outputs, whose terms bar running reuse. 5. Telegram is the discovery backbone and the most exposed. - Today we read callers through the public t.me/s/<channel> web preview (signal-room/social-sweep/collector.mjs), not through a user account. - Telegram's Content Licensing terms allow access to user content only for "ordinary, legitimate, and intended use of the Telegram platform as its user". They also prohibit "aggregation" of platform data for AI development (A). - The safe design is to show derived facts only: channel handle, token, time, stance, price at call. No verbatim message text and no channel media. - Any LLM used for stance extraction must not be trained or fine-tuned on the text. Inference only. 6. X is dark for us, and every cheap route back carries contract risk. - The official API is now pay-per-use at about $0.005 per post read, capped at 3M posts a month before Enterprise (B). - Third-party scrapers inherit X's liquidated-damages clause. It is reported at $15,000 per 1M posts, and may reach anyone who "induces or knowingly facilitates" a violation (B). - If X comes back, it comes back through the official API, showing derived facts only. 7. Paid social metrics with a display licence are thin. - Santiment: standard plans are "solely for your own private use"; resale needs a corporate subscription (A). - Kaito: commercial use of the consumer product is barred; its API is sales-only (A). - LunarCrush: the only self-serve candidate ($90 to $900), but its terms page did not render (C). - Nansen: labels are "NOT allowed under any circumstances" (A). - Arkham: third-party disclosure needs written consent (B). - Our own recurrence and early-wallet facts are the only wallet intelligence we can publish. 8. Fomo API is an unofficial third party. fomoapi.io calls itself "an independent, unofficial tool" with "no affiliation to fomo.family" (A). Its own terms allow in-app use. Our rights chain, though, stops at a vendor whose own right to the data is unverified. Show derived facts about Fomo traders ("3 tracked traders bought in the first hour"), not their theses or their feed.

CoinGecko / GeckoTerminal OHLCV candles for tokens and pools we did not tape RAW with attribution; stored copies must be refreshed at least every 24 h (§6.1), which makes a frozen backtest archive of their candles non-compliant yes live charts only
DexPaprika OHLCV (paid plan) same RAW with attribution, no cache clause yes (free) fallback candles for untaped history
Solana Tracker OHLCV Solana candles DERIVED display allowed explicitly no option
Envio HyperSync / archive RPC full history of swaps from genesis on RH and BSC ours once rebuilt no backfill route to extend our own candles backwards

2. Rights file draft

One block per third-party source. Format: raw / derived / attribution / caching / commercial then the clause, URL and fetch date. All fetched 2026-09-26 unless noted. The underlying quotes are in data/t1-research/.

2.1 Market data

2.2 Layer 1 aggregators

2.3 Chain infrastructure

2.4 Attention and wallets

2.5 The three sources whose terms most constrain the product, and the safe display rule

  1. DexScreener: the price we show today. Rule: no DexScreener number reaches a user screen, raw or derived. Displayed price, mcap, volume and flow come from our tape, where each swap carries its own quote source. Where we have no tape (untaped chains, the moment before the first swap is ingested), fall back to DexPaprika Dev or CoinGecko with their "Powered by" mark. DexScreener stays as an internal cross-check and phantom-print detector. Lift the rule only with a written licence from DexScreener.
  2. Telegram: the discovery backbone. Rule: show derived, timestamped facts about public calls, never the call itself. Allowed on screen: channel handle, token, call time, price and mcap at call (from our tape), stance label, stance flips, and our own marks after the call. Not allowed: message text, screenshots, channel avatars or media, member data, private groups. Stance extraction uses LLM inference only; no model is trained or fine-tuned on Telegram text. Keep the read footprint that of a user: no member scraping, no posting, respect FLOOD_WAIT.
  3. DefiLlama: the obvious Layer 1 backbone. Rule: no DefiLlama number on screen without written consent. Build Layer 1 from on-chain reads (stablecoin supply, exchange-wallet balances, terminal fee wallets, DEX volume from our tape) plus CoinGecko (global mcap, dominance, categories, with attribution). Ask DefiLlama for written consent in parallel. If it comes, chain TVL, bridge flows and cross-chain DEX volume become cheap.

Close fourth: X. If it returns, it returns through the official pay-per-use API, and the product shows derived facts (account handle, token, time, stance) rather than posts. No reseller feeds.

3. What we already own outright

These come from our own collectors reading public chains, or from our own machinery. No licence question applies to publishing them, as long as the price basis is our tape and not a vendor print. Source: DATA-AUDIT-2026-09-25 §2 and the 09-25 wiki synthesis.

Store What it is What the companion may publish Caveat
Chain tape: trades-bsc/ (918k rows at 00:55 today, 188 pool-days, measured by scripts/t1_cost_rollup.py), trades-solana/ (restarted 09-25), Robinhood via RPC every swap on watched pools, from pool open: tx, block, wallet, side, size, quote source price and volume from swaps; buy vs sell USD (money flow); first buyers; top-20 buyer share (concentration clock); wallet recurrence across situations; exits; attention-to-money lag; "this move did not happen" flags against suspect vendor prints only watched pools, not the whole chain; Solana continuity is new; the USD quote source is ours (stable = 1 on BSC)
candles-onchain/, candles-bsc/ 1 m candles built from the tape charts, zones, forgiving-win overlays 32% sparse minutes; show gaps, do not interpolate
holdings/ balance reads of early buyers (Robinhood complete) "early buyers still holding / reduced / exited" BSC and Solana not covered; 46% of files are "no tape" stubs
events.sqlite, situations.jsonl, alerts.jsonl, refusals, deep-paper events what the machinery saw, decided and refused, with clocks the record: crossings, refusals and why, transitions, quiet-hour maps evidence ids missing on 47% of transitions and on all alerts; fix before a public record page
outcomes.jsonl marks price at call, 15 m, 1 h, 4 h, 24 h caller scorecards, forgiving-win measurement publishable as ours only where the mark's price basis is our tape; marks on vendor candles carry that vendor's attribution rule
discovery.jsonl (649 caller calls with price and mcap at call) derived facts about public Telegram calls channel X called token Y at T, price at call, marks after the Telegram rule in §2.5 applies; the fact is ours, the message is not
Fomo-derived events (20,500 alerts, 119 tracked traders) who bought what, when "n tracked traders bought in the first hour"; no thesis text the upstream right of fomoapi.io is unverified

Not ours raw: deep-paper/book.sqlite observations and ticks/ (DexScreener prints), ohlcv/ CoinGecko, DexPaprika and GeckoTerminal files, Fomo thesis text, social-sweep/ post text.

4. Gaps: product fields no listed source provides with display rights

Mandate field Status Nearest proxy
ETF flows (money in from institutions) no licensable feed found (Farside, SoSoValue block and publish no terms) issuer-published daily flow pages read by hand, or skip on screen and mention in the written brief only; alternative: CoinGecko or CMC if either adds ETF endpoints (not checked)
Stablecoin supply history ("how firepower has moved markets") DefiLlama has it, but no display rights archive totalSupply reads at daily blocks (Envio or archive RPC backfill), our own series from then on
Stablecoins on exchanges, exchange netflows CryptoQuant and Glassnode not displayable balanceOf on exchange proof-of-reserve addresses (exchange-published lists); label coverage will be partial
Chain TVL, bridge flows DefiLlama only (consent needed) stablecoin supply per chain plus DEX volume per chain from our tape and GeckoTerminal as the "money by chain" read; bridges: skip until consent
Terminal volume per chain nobody licenses it our fee-wallet and trade-contract read (addresses in the DefiLlama adapters); calibrate against the Dune adam_tehc dashboard internally
Money in relative to size per market-cap band no source computes band-level net flow our tape buy − sell USD over mcap, aggregated per band for watched tokens; for untaped tokens, volume / mcap from CoinGecko or GeckoTerminal (volume, not net flow; label it so)
Attention flow of traders across chains none Fomo tracked-trader buys per chain plus terminal volume per chain
X mentions by solid accounts, sentiment direction dark since 09-18; paid path is the official API Telegram caller stance (ours) until X is funded
Mentions relative to peers in the same band needs broad mention counts; X costs about $0.005 per post; LunarCrush terms unread mention counts across our caller set (Telegram) per band; LunarCrush social volume once the terms are read
Narratives per niche for meme tokens CoinGecko categories cover large caps only LLM tagging of name, ticker and description plus caller context (T4 owns the method)
KOL and notable wallet identities Nansen, Arkham, Kolscan, GMGN not displayable our own labels: "wallet early in n prior situations", recurrence, Fomo handle to wallet (in-app derived use)
Holder concentration on Solana and BSC Bubblemaps covers it, terms unknown extend holdings/ to BSC (tape exists) and Solana; Solana getTokenLargestAccounts via Helius
Contract safety on Robinhood Chain GoPlus RH support unconfirmed our own checks via eth_call (owner, mint, blacklist selectors) or wait for GoPlus
Order-book depth, "max size" none (and the critic cut "max safe size") observed pool depth from reserves (ours): "a $X buy moves price Y%"

5. Cost roll-up

Script: scripts/t1_cost_rollup.py, output data/t1-cost-rollup.out.md, command python3 scripts/t1_cost_rollup.py.

Current spend: Fomo Starter $49.99 + CoinGecko Basic $35 = ~$85/month. Helius, Alchemy, DexPaprika and GeckoTerminal are on free tiers.

Line Plan 50 tokens: MVP 50 tokens: full 500 tokens: MVP 500 tokens: full Requests or credits / day (50 / 500)

Total $/month 213 2,312 732 10,045

Readings: - The MVP at 50 tokens costs ~$213/month, about $130 more than today. The increments are Helius Developer (Solana tape plus terminal volume), one keyed EVM RPC, and moving DexPaprika off its non-commercial free tier. - At 500 tokens the MVP is ~$732, and two thirds of that is Helius Business. A Solana gRPC stream (Shyft ~$99, or Sodae free 5 GB) delivers whole transactions and removes the per-swap getTransaction calls. Helius can then stay on Developer: MVP ≈ $282 + $99 = ~$381 (estimate, C). - X dominates the full set. Most of the full-set cost is X at $0.005 per post: $1,200 at 50 tokens, $7,950 at 500. Mention intensity from Telegram plus LunarCrush is the cheaper path. Decide X on value, not habit. - Not costed here: LLM tokens for stance extraction and narrative tagging (T4 and T2); CPU, RAM and disk for the tape (T2); human time to email vendors.

6. Recommendations for the infra lane (top ten)

  1. Make the chain tape the only source of displayed price, volume and flow. Vendor prices become cross-checks, and a disagreement between them is itself a shown flag.
  2. Move DexPaprika from keyless free to Dev ($30) before the first paid user. The free tier is non-commercial.
  3. Put "Powered by CoinGecko", "Powered by DexPaprika" and "Powered by GoPlus" in the component spec now, and give CoinGecko-sourced data a ≤24 h cache rule. Keep CoinGecko candles out of stored backtest archives.
  4. Build Layer 1 from on-chain reads: stablecoin supply per chain, exchange-wallet stablecoin balances, and terminal volume via the DefiLlama-listed fee wallets and trade contracts (Axiom on SOL, BSC and RH; Photon; GMGN; BullX).
  5. Upgrade Helius to Developer ($49) now. At 500 tokens, add one Solana gRPC stream (Shyft $99 or Sodae free) rather than jumping to Business ($499).
  6. Add one keyed EVM RPC with getLogs (Dwellir Developer $49) and finish the Sodae key. Alchemy is back on 1 Oct: keep it as a ring member, not the plan.
  7. Move caller reading from the t.me/s/ web preview to one dedicated MTProto user account, read-only, with FLOOD_WAIT honoured. Store derived call facts; keep message text internal and never train on it.
  8. Keep X dark until someone decides mention intensity is worth ~$1.2k/month at 50 tokens. When it returns, use only the official pay-per-use API, with derived facts on screen. No resellers.
  9. Send five short emails, each asking one question: DexScreener (display licence?), DefiLlama (written consent for chain TVL, stablecoins, bridges in a paid product?), Helius (the "benefit of third party" clause), GoPlus (confirm §6 permits in-app flags; RH support?), Bubblemaps (terms and price for holders and clusters on BSC, Solana, RH).
  10. Build our own wallet labels (early-in-n-situations, recurrence, Fomo handle to wallet) as the only wallet intelligence on screen. Skip Nansen, Arkham, Kolscan, GMGN and Santiment for display.
